Whew I havent updated my site in 2020 at all. Lots going on. Here's a bit about all the projects I've been up to. The easiest way to do it is video/pic form, so see below. But I'll be back to give a better update via video once i get my footing. Here's the long and short of it. - January 2020: My chef skills have matured so it's time to share that gift with the world. The following show is in development starring my wife, Rachel and I. NOTE - Due to the way 2020 would end up, we elected to push the production schedule and premiere further out into late 2020/Early 2021: - February 2020: Some of my thoughts about the show, Cookin It Right:- March/April 2020: Due to countrywide furloughs from COVID and social unrest we decided push Cookin It Right to the side and come back to it later and instead focus on promoting work on another show. "Become Inspired" executive produced by Jay Styles is NOW on Amazon Prime Video. I had to pleasure of being Director of Photography & Associate Producer. My wife, Rachel was Atlanta Location Unit Assistant Director. Amazing production and a positive message so go on AMAZON PRIME NOW and Become Inspired (Trailer Below) - And May/June 2020: Social unrest in response to the killing of unarmed black people, robbed of due process and their inalienable rights took centerstage. I couldn't remain silent. So, The Player Way Podcast returned for a Limited Edition we called "2020 Vision: A Five Part Series Discussion on Social Distancing and Civil Unrest," which you can keep up with at http://playlifeyourway.com. Episode 2 of our live stream is below: I recently had the pleasure of being booked as Project Manager for Docebo's Inspire 2019 Conference. It was a ton of fun that required lots of hard work. By the end of the show, I ended up working the hotseat as Technical Director of the General Session show for 3 days. I also got to meet one of my favorite TV Hosts, Jason Silva (Nat Geo's Brain Games). I also had the pleasure of working for the talented Shannon from Docebo. The show was both inspirational to the audience and a moment in time that really helped me see how far I've come. I hope to work with this client again in the not too distant future and I'm awakened to return to the mission I set out on since day one. While the video below is courtesy of Docebo's team (so I cannot take credit on the shooting or editing) I CAN however take credit on the stage design you see in the video and the audio visual you see therein was handled by the team I was managing. My energy was focused on the Live Event Production aspect this go round. But don't worry, you'll see some a BK Original video sooner rather than later ;) |
